LLandow 2 update and info

Post by billinom8s »

Just a few details to help.

Gates will open at the circuit at 8am.
apparently the cafe at the circuit opens at 730am

With the weather we are having at the moment there are a few things to remember
1, there is no shade at llandow, if you have a gazebo, take it, failing that at least take a hat
2, track riding is physical, on a normal day you will drink 3-4 litres of water, on a hot one like we are having at the moment, you may need more. if you get dehydrated then judgement becomes impaired and that's when accidents happen. PLEASE TAKE LOTS OF WATER AND DRINK IT

Sun cream a good idea.
Will be taking caravan so I can take a shit in peace :)

As Billi says drink plenty of fluids, I find fruit like oranges good as plenty of natural sugar and juice as well as bottles of water. Personally I think it's best to eat little and often throughout the day and a light lunch. You want you brain concentrating on enjoying the track not enjoying digesting heavy foods!

Ah thats a good idea. Hang the bucket on the tree and aim for it whilst you're waiting for the next session.
