license - BOTH PARTS
water - even if it's not hot, you will still dehydrate
fuel - chances are you will use more than a tank and there is no fuel on site, nearest station approx 5 miles away
food - you will be hungry through the day, there is a cafe on site though
hat/gazebo - there is no shade at Llandow so if its sunny, or raining you will need some cover
bike
bike keys
leathers - two piece with 360 zip or one piece
leather gloves
helmet - gold stickered
ear plugs - for the more delicate amongst us
Boots
generator
tyre warmers
paddock stands
tools
bike manual
foot pump
pressure gauge
suncream
chair

prepping your bike for the track

tape up your lights
tape up/remove indicators
remove number plate
remove mirrors
the above are optional, however if u leave your mirrors on they will make you turn them in.

reduce air pressure in tyres (for me running racetecs i run 32F and 27R, hot tyre temperatures)

I wondered if spectators are allowed ? I've never been so if weather is reasonable would like to pop over to say hello and have a nose around to see what the fuss is all about :)

cheers

Yes they are allowed to come along and watch, but they must remain behind the fence at all time in the paddock.

Nope, it's just someone brought one along years ago and it was running about in the paddock causing problems.

Menzies that's nearly 10 seconds off the lap record!
I might have to try lap timer this time,

Just waiting to see what the weather does now,

For those also looking to capture your lap times you will need a GPS enabled phone or tablet somewhere to put it on you or your bike so you
DO NOT
look at it on track (underneath seat cowl is good)

Then get one of the following free apps

RaceChrono - Track only
Diable Super Biker - Track and road GPS recordings

Then if your sad like me you can spend the next year analysising how your going to do it better next year
 :80:  :-B :)): :D
