ZZR MOT fail

There was me thinking my ZZR600 would sail through
Well it wasn't bad being as it's been stood for almost 2 years.

1. Steering movement excessivly 'notchy'
2. Front brakes binding
3. Throttle operating incorrectly
4. Headlamp beam image kick up to the offside.

So a bit of tape on the front light - DONE. Some WD40 in the throttle cable - DONE.
Front brakes taken off and cleaned up - Sunday morning.
Could anybody suggest the cheapest place to get the headstock bearings from? And any guidance manual or vids for the job?

Headstock bearings usually retail at around the £30 mark either go online and find them cheaper, or bite the bullet. I can do them for £27 plus postage if you need them.

Cheers lads, cheeaper than I thought and I'm not paying garage prices either by doing the job in my garage

Japanese quality doesn't mean they are Japanese bearings, they are likely made in China, and cost the supplier a couple of pounds each. I only sell Koyo and SKF bearings, rather than risk cheaper ones. I've had some cheaper bearings go south after less than 1000 miles, and taper rollers tend to get more hammer than wheel bearings.
