You are of course welcome along to any Southwestbikers rideout, however your bike must be in good mechanical order (we don’t want anything falling off of it including you), taxed and have a current MOT. You must have a valid motorcycle licence and current motor insurance. You are in charge of your motorcycle at all times and SWB will not accept any responsibility for actions you take or any accidents you may have. Always ride within your own capabilities and do not put others at risk. Remember, while you are on a Southwestbikers rideout you are representing the site and what it stands for.
Thank-you.

Don't forget......ANYONE can organise and run a rideout.

Saturday 29th July Ride Out

Post by menzies3032 »

Hi all

Planning on going out for a ride and wondered if anybody else was interested in joining me.

I will start and finish the ride from Bridge Motorbikes in Exeter. I need to be back for 12:30. Haven't decided where I am going yet our what time we are going to start so will see who is interested first before I decide. Obviously sooner we start further we can ride.

As usual weather dependant if it is going rain then will cancel or rearrange

Put your name down if your interested :ymhug:

Not really sure yet was thinking somewhere between 7:30 to 8:30 start from Exeter so we could get some miles in.

As I say start time and route not confirmed yet. Does this work for you?

Ok have now made a decision on what we are doing and where we are going.

We will meet at Bridge and set off at 7am
The route will take is up through mid Devon through Hatherleigh and then out toward Bude
We will then drop down to Boscastle where we will stop for breakfast (ish 9:30)
Back on the bikes for 10 and follow same route in reverse back to Bridge for 12:30

From a pace perspective this will not be a friendly ride out but also will not be setting and land speed records either. I run my rides at the speed of the slowest rider in the group. So if you have just past your test or on a 125 then this is probably not the ride for you however everybody else your more then welcome and will be accommodated.

"The Muppet" sorry I realise this is earlier then you wanted but hope your still able to join us :ymhug:

Can fully understand not wanting the 5:30 start. Where abouts do you live? As could defiantly meet up on route.
