Magical Mystery Tour

Look in here for local ride outs...

Forum rules
You are of course welcome along to any Southwestbikers rideout, however your bike must be in good mechanical order (we don’t want anything falling off of it including you), taxed and have a current MOT. You must have a valid motorcycle licence and current motor insurance. You are in charge of your motorcycle at all times and SWB will not accept any responsibility for actions you take or any accidents you may have. Always ride within your own capabilities and do not put others at risk. Remember, while you are on a Southwestbikers rideout you are representing the site and what it stands for.
Thank-you.

Don't forget......ANYONE can organise and run a rideout.

Sorry guys but I'm dropping out now.
This weather has just put me off so I'm gonna put the roadies away properly now for the winter.

Thanks again and maybe see you in Spring.

What have you done to your poor body now ?
Have you noticed that anyone going slower than you is an idiot, and anyone going faster is a maniac ?

Knee ligaments got bent a bit further than they should of in a direction that they definitely shouldn't of been trying too.

Me and Sally are going to bail I'm afraid. The forecast is shite here tomorrow and the roads are full of crap. Bit too risky. :(

Ever the optomist, I'll be geared up for this; but only if the original meeting place and time still holds, yes?

Yeah, found the Fut' fault (suspect dry joint in fuel pump connecter - 'kin Eytie electrics!) and made MacD's at around 10.20 hrs. Took myself off for brunch at Winkleigh and then back to catch the end of MotoGP with Captain Si' and the crowd at The Queens Head in Exeter.
The ride was a tad damp in places but the road surfaces were mostly crud free(ish) and with no traffic on 'em - except for Fly's aforementioned cyclists (correct question Fly - WHY?). Basicaly, I enjoyed an excellent if somewhat lonely ride. Question is; when's the next one so I can check out the new Bering waterproof gloves that Si's been singing the praises of and also not be Billinom8s Mk2 again?
Or shall I just gird my loins and organise one myself?
