I just fitted one of our carpets from the flat into Christophers room and after doing that I don't think £70 to do stairs is bad at all

I asked my daughter to have a word with her fella, he works for carpet right, is it just the stairs kelly or is there more like the hall, stairs and landing?

I think I have the phone number of a (local) guy who fitted a carpet for us, if you still need someone

I am taking a course, a course on how to f*ck you up. It's a 5 week course that comes with a goodie bag that includes a shovel, rope, sand, loob, broken glass and a baseball bat.

Ive always fitted my own carpets but would happily pay £70 for the stairs to be fitted as they are a right pain in the ar*e to do and i will never ever ever attempt to do again.

Have recently found the same with a good plaster, worth their weight in gold me thinks

Know an old boy who does carpet fitting for Market Carpets too, will dig out his number too if still needed

Worked with by dad doing carpets when I was younger, 50 is about right just for fitting the stairs alone.
