A message from Alan Holland to you.

Dear All

Just a note to wish you all a safe day @ Llandow and thank you for booking our event on Saturday. If there are any further queries or questions telephone me on 07968 208 132 – if I don’t answer it directly please leave me a message and I’ll get back to you as soon as I can. Please do NOT phone Phil Bevan (as he’s in Anglesey racing) or Pembrey Circuit as they’ll just direct the call back to me. I’ll won’t be ‘’on line’’ to answer e mails / FB messages etc until Friday night so best call.

So a few reminders :

Circuit access is from 6.00pm Friday night ( until 10.00pm ) where u can set up in the paddock and sort your kit out etc. I know you’re down the road but please not before.
Signing on is from 7.30am ( honest ! ) until 8.25am
Safety briefing will be @ 8.35am – 9.00am
Novice classroom session part 1 9.00am / 9.05am – All novice group
Novice classroom session part 2 9.05am – 9.30am – just the new novices
We run the order of Fast / inter / novice
Noise limit 102 DB
We will be using the ‘’old / traditional’’ circuit layout.
Intermediate group is Sold Out but there are plenty of spaces in Fast and Novice. I’ll be looking to change a few bookings around (to even the numbers up) but will look to keep all the SWB riders ( in your booked groups) together –unless you tell me otherwise. You may change groups during the day and I’ll let you know the procedure
Cafe will be open Saturday night for evening supper / drinks etc
Tyre support available.
Remember to bring your relative driving licences etc

I think that’s it, so see you soon !

Yours in Sport
