Depends on how much you want to spend ....... Halverson good by expensive ..... Best bet for cheaper stuff is a trip to J&S
Of all the things I have ever lost, I miss my mind the most .....

Fair point. I think what I'm after is value for money really. If I can get something under £200' than I'd be happy. The ride home tonight in the storms, in my sommer leathers was, how can I put it, refreshing!

I bought a second hand but unworn Tuzo Terrain textile on ebay and I'm really impressed with the quality. Removable liner, comfortable neoprene coller and cuffs, loads of pockets and quality zips. I notice Busters are knocking them out for £ 60. They are meant to be waterproof, I've only been out in the odd light shower and it seems ok.

I've used a set of old Alpinestars Jet Road textiles for around 7 years now...

The jacket was decent, but the trousers were better... Only really let me down in the last 4/5 months. I've never recoated them or maintained them at all, and they've been fine...We get proper rain up here too, so i'm sure it'd cope with a light shower down in the SW... :p
