Back protection

Having signed up for the next trackday i have started to consider getting some back protection
theres a lot out there, some looks very uncomfortable and huge and most likely too hot even in the UK in june.

I have read good stuff about D30 material and it works in my gloves, well when i hit something rather than throwing my self up the road as a test.

Back protection is always a good thing to have for road or track just incase something was to go wrong.

I have a full knox back protector and it's very comfy. Have used it on track here, Portugal and Spain and haven't had any issues with being too hot at all.

Ditto the Knox, very happy with mine. Comfortable all day whether on the road in my jacket or track in full leathers.

Like my Forcefield. Gets a touch sweaty but doesn't break down like the traditional honeycomb

By the way. I have the knox chest protector for sale as it wouldn't fit in my leathers. £15 if anyone is interested.

I have a full length Gialli back protector and wouldn't ride on track without it. I have worn through my leathers and been knocked out with the force of landing on my back, but the protector saved my spine. And a chest protector saved my ribs when I went through the screen. Don't skimp, and make sure the back protector covers your coccyx too!
I seem to make a good crash test dummy.

I have a force field 2 back plate very comfortable and fits well under leathers also seem to remember it gets a good safety write up

I definitely need to get one, but wasn't sure it would fit under leathers. Is there anywhere local that sells ForceField stuff, in particular the Pro L2K EVO.

Don't forget to take the piece of foam inside the leathers out first.
