Kernow Bike Training and Averys Motorcycles

Post by deej »

Some of you will be aware of what ive been upto over the last few years and some of you wont so thought it best to post a quick update.

3 years ago I started Kernow Bike Training off and its gone from strength to strength. We now have 4 training sites for cbts, (2 in St Austell,1 in wadebridge and 1 in newquay) as well as doing all the DAS/A2/A1 training courses from our base in Bugle, near St Austell. We can be contacted on 01726858647 / 07891012500 or email bookings@k-b-t.co.uk if you prefer. Information on the training courses can be found on http://www.k-b-t.co.uk" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; as well as prices, however for a SWB member we will do a 10% discount on CBT's and 5% on direct access courses.

One of our popular special offers is the complete package we offer that includes CBT, Direct Access and a FREE Theory test, perfect for that mate of yours that wants to get into biking.

Also running alongside KBT is my other business which is more retailed based

Averys Motorcycles is trying to fill the void of small dealers in the St Austell/Mid Cornwall area and is based in Bugle too. We have a range of Helmets,Clothing,Oils,MucOff and accessories in stock and can order things like replacement parts, tyres, batteries in on a 24hr basis. We also supply new scooters and bikes from Rieju,Pulse and Lexmoto as well as having the odd second hand scooter/125s in stock. Hopefully next year we will have more stock of bikes and clothing/helmets/etc. Currently we dont have set opening hours but are always open in the afternoon once the bike training has finished. To see some of the products that we stock and sell check out http://www.averysmotorcycles.co.uk" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; where the discount code SWB10 will get you10% off all orders, there is no minimum spend or maximum uses so feel free to use the code as often as you like and spread the word to your biker mates too.

feel free to pop in and see us if your passing and just say Hi, be good to see some of the other SWB'ers other than Badger and Moose

You weren't open the other day when I was there - OK it was a Sunday and I was stopping to look for directions.

I did see the van, are you in a unit closer to the road now?

Good luck.

i can recommend KBT, as i have spent a day with Dave seeing what goes on for a cbt these days, as i would like to become a instructor.
Dave has a very relaxed attitude and doesnt baffle people with science, just honest real world lingo and scenarios. I learnt some stuff too, either ive forgotten or become complacent over the years and just dont pay attention to everything around me apart from the idiots in cars etc.
i watched Dave take a complete novice whos never been on a bike to having her zipping round on a moped and her confidence boost every lap of the car park.
if you know anyone whos wanting to get into biking, i really would check Kernow Bike Training out, if Dave can get me to pay attention and listen (without showing me boobs) im sure he can teach anyone.
