They are talking about limiting them to 40 race (full noise) days per year, and remember most of the bike car & bike events are at least 3 days each incl. practice, and that'll be spread between cars and bikes, and no doubt they'll want to see more cars there to justify the cost of the new bits, and no doubt it'll mean even tighter control on track-days ...
The key issue is, if they don't get the funding to meet Bernie's requirements, they will more than likely be bankrupted, which could mean closure anyway ..... because lets face it, in that location selling it as a race circuit will not realise maximum value for a reciever
