Mental Health Motorbike

Right then you bunch of weirdos...

As Christmas time is upon us once AGAIN, we look forward to celebrating, friends, family and generally good happy times.

There is however, people all over and even some on here I'd dare say that find this time of year difficult, their reasons are their reasons, it doesn't matter.

I listen to the 'Chasin' the Raacin' pod cast and urge all of us to listen to the latest episode, titled 'Mental Health Motorbike' If anyone is struggling with their current situation, this charity sounds great. Yes, it's biking biased in how they set up and the events they attend but it's a possible channel for anyone who wants to reach out to someone for help with any matters that they may be struggling with.

In the mean time, please know it's ok to not be ok and please reach out...

Listening to it today just made me want to post this up.

Take Care and look out for each other...

Don't care who you are, how much you have, how powerful you are. You still sit on the toilet with your pants around your ankles. Yep, it's a level playing field..
