SUNDAY 13TH JUNE

Look in here for local ride outs...

Forum rules
You are of course welcome along to any Southwestbikers rideout, however your bike must be in good mechanical order (we don’t want anything falling off of it including you), taxed and have a current MOT. You must have a valid motorcycle licence and current motor insurance. You are in charge of your motorcycle at all times and SWB will not accept any responsibility for actions you take or any accidents you may have. Always ride within your own capabilities and do not put others at risk. Remember, while you are on a Southwestbikers rideout you are representing the site and what it stands for.
Thank-you.

Don't forget......ANYONE can organise and run a rideout.

No wonder the weathers changed and it looks like Thunder and Lightening  Jason on something that doesn't have "GSXR" on the side of it

I think Hell is about to freeze over .......
big thanks to col for letting me loose on the V4.

the V4 is stunning. In fact its the first bike I have rode that i genuinely prefer to a gsxr. Normally I ride other bikes and it just reminds me why I always buy gixers, but the V4 is a serious peice of kit - the brakes especially.
I would seriously consider buying one.

great to see everyone. been a while. I think my bike is now well and truly run in :D

Moose! I'm sure I saw you (well heard the bike) coming past Bridge about 10am ish?

We had a corking day too :D

except a pick up truck trying to reverse into a CBR400 and the runners (some of which quite frankly could benefit from some better underwear!  )

Hatherleigh and Winkleigh roads were ace coming back, cheers Kelly ;)

Thank you for a top day peeps.

Gemma and I had fun and it was nice to get out with some new people and very nice to catch up with some old/older :D friends.
14 bikes is a fair turn out as well. (I said turn out  )

I take it everyone liked the route but maybe next time we can come and do someone else's route although there is one more route we use down here when anyone else fancies it.

Lastly, I would like to make a public apology. :?
I used to take the micky out of SWB on junkies because I was given the impression that your rides were a game of follow the leader and the leader being a bearded bloke on a Harley wearing a hi vis vest that nobody was allowed to over take.
I was wrong, and I was impressed with the quality of riding, however, not so impressed with some peeps not abiding to the 30/40 mph speed limits in towns and villages, other than that :? , top day out and I am humbled, and I/we would like to join in on a few more bimbles out if there's room. :D

Your both always welcome to come on rides or organise them ( just look out for friendly rides not your cup of tea mate ) we normally start early because some of us have wives and children who want to spend time with us sunday afternoons. :x
Everyone i spoke to said how much they enjoyed the pace and route to at least Bude not sure what happened after that as a few of us turned for home.
But as usual top day with top people :D :D
