Thanks - checked it out (http://www.bike-stay.com), will pass on the info.

Anyone know anything round that side of Exeter? Hoping to find something within 15mins ride of Westpoint ideally.

so let me get this straight, your friends would like a biker friendly b&b, 15 mins ride from westpoint,2 days before the bike show is being held there - don't want too much then.

good luck with that, now if they were willing to ride maybe 17 or 22 minutes from westpoint i may have been able to help you but definately not 15 minutes, sorry :?

Sorry I bothered to ask now ... I posted here hoping for a helpful response. Yes it's last minute, and yes close by because they've got a long ride to get down here and it'd be nice to find them something relatively easy to find.

You can be a right knobber sometimes Simon.

For all you know they could be mega quick riders so could do Plymouth to Exeter in 15 mins.

Jak theres the travel lodge at the services and you have the Holiday Express near the met office. Prices and availibillty i wouldn't have a clue. Gipsey hill hotel is close but prob a dear do. I think some of the pubs on the Sidmouth road do B&B but then again don't really know what they would charge.

Places in Exeter town centre that would be cheap are a bit run down and not really bike friendly (as in it would prob be gone in the morn)

Got a banging head and not feeling too great and can't think too straight at mo. Sure i know plenty really but memory ain't having any of it
