A day of diminishing numbers .....

9 bikes set out, halfway 3 drop by the wayside, 3/4 another 2 disappear, 7/8ths another one go's, only 3 get to the end

The ladies got fed up with us noisy people ruining their image & told us to b*gger off away from them at Plymouth, Simon couldn't hack the pace (and fancied an afternoon at home without Kim  ) so turned right at Yelverton and left us, then GazaR1 went awol in moretonhampstead - obviously felt overwhelmed by the v-twin beats of the other remaining three

Still, a good day was had, some great roads ridden that I haven't travelled in a while, and the ankle held up pretty well too ....... even if getting dressed was an issue at the start

Ooh, almost forgot, nice to meet Sabbie too, and great to see Dottie getting on with her bike

Thanks folks 8)

A fair point, and as no specific final destination was ever given by the routemaster himself (except that everyone should end up at home at some point), one that cannot be argued

I just bet he did, all i could here was that bike of his breathing down my neck, mind you that could have been Moose as well. And how many times did he blip the throttle in the echoing narrow streets just near Jaspers, I think he likes that bike a lot :) :) :)
