Hello guys 'n' Gals

As some of you know Rich and I (assisted by Matt) are going from Lands End to John'O'Groats at the end of May 2010.

I have been approached by my boss to see if we were interested in doing the trip for the Help For Heroes charity.
Rich and I were already doing the trip for our own pleasure, but this makes it more worth while.
