Yes, the manual says to undo the allen key bolts?! Can't see a split pin.

Need help with brake pads

Can anyone help? I have managed to get my puncture repaired but I had to remove the wheel myself and I also needed new brake pads which have arrived today. The problem is, my bike is here at work and I don't have the right allen keys etc. to do the brakes and if I'm honest I don't have the skills ei...
