Since you put the extra leather in the jacket, to make the zip more secure, I've found that it makes my back protector more comfy too - before it was a struggle to get it to fit within the space bet...

Just a quick thank you to Gerry (on this forum) who did some adjustments to my leather jacket and trousers.

Yeah, hopefully when I pass on Friday (fingers crossed), I'd like to come out on some meets - would be especially good as we have moved to Cornwall from Sheffield, so not many mates down here

Yeah, had thought of a ZX6 - and to be honest am leaning in that direction, cos it seems you can get a better bike (newer) for your money than you can with a CBR.

Strangely enough, insurance is a lttle more over an R6?!?!?!?

Thanks for all your help... To get a decent SV I would be looking at at least 2 grand, but for around 3 I could get an R6 - its mighty tempting!!! Does anyone know how they are for a novice?
