Yep mine is a R&G tail tidy and it cam with a number plate light  I don't want a new tail tidy - can;t justify spending another £50 just for a little light. As you can see I already have a tail tidy but I just need a light for the number plate which needs adding. Will find one and add it....

Can anyone recommend...

... a rear brake light for my crap tail tidy?? Tail tidy is pictured below. Has a small space for a rear plate light or I could move the plate down a bit maybe.... Am not prepared to buy a whole new tail tidy just cos it has a light on it. Can anyone recommend a small light that my OH could fit to g...

Yes I have a break light - I have an SV650S K4 so its quite a bright rear brake light. The problem is I have neither at the mo - no light illuminating the number plate or a reflector. If I can get away with just putting a reflector in the number plate then that would be ideal. Not sure how much we w...

Ahhh right so if we're riding it in the dark then we'll need to have a light fitted onto it?

It think we may be thinking of selling it anyway so not sure if we'll bother with a light if we're selling it.

Thanks for the info :D

Tail light for MOT

My bike is due for its first MOT. I have had a tail tidy on the back for a few years now but it doesn't have a light on it. The guy who fitted it for me said that I didn't need one and all I would need to do when it was due an MOT is to stick a reflector sticker on the number plate which would get i...

Help! Provisional Cage license with full bike license

Hi all, Sorry I didn't know where else to put this. My b/f is begrudgingly come to the realisation that he is going to need to learn to drive a cage (getting older, poss having kids, picking me up from a night out on the lash etc etc) but I cannot for the life of me find any information about applyi...

As I stated in my original post the reason I was considering a bikesafe course is because I can sometimes get flustered in road riding i.e. when I hit heavy traffic, safe breaking etc. I have locked my back wheel up on one occasion and thanks to discussing bike skills at length with my b/f I knew wh...

Oh and I will definately only ride with what I am comfortable with. The last thing I want to do is injure myself and smash up my bike. I'd rather get lost!!!

Thanks again

Oh wow thank you all so much for your replies. I really appreciate it. I think there isn't anything to lose on going for it although I am worried they are going to tell me I am a sh*t rider and make me feel rubbish! Road positioning and general advice would be a good thing as long as it is construct...

Should I do a Bikesafe course?

I watched Bike cops tonight and they were following police bikers giving the Bikesafe course. Whilst they were doing the course they were called out to a local bike accident which looked horrible. Also by reading the forum, it has just been brought home how much bikers are involved in accidents at t...
