Hi When the pump is off the bike you should be able to turn it with only a bit of resistance from the seals inside Take it appart and make sure there is nothing inside jamming it You will need to replace the shaft and probably the impeller as they are offen pressed onto the shaft When you refit the ...

Yes it went down for a while firewall issues apparently.

Make sure you have at least 2-3mm of freeplay on the clutch cable. If this is correct and you sill have problems with slipping then you either have the wrong type of oil (car) as above or the plates are worn out/damaged.
Only replace them with genuine ones. EBC plates will give problems.
