ok then how about, when he's out and about wheeling himself around, grab him and his wheel chair, take it to the top of a hill, wind barbed wire round the wheels, gaffa tape him to the seat, then let him go! Scum. Our justice system is totally screwed, steal a bike (and probs more), get done for drug dealing then get a brand new car that we pay for as a reward?! That winds me up!!
