Hi guys thanks for the help. Once the engine is back in the bike etc i`ll give that a try by cranking the engine over? Is it the oil pump that turns the water pump then?

hi guys i took the water pump off today to see if everything was ok but where the water pump shaft slots into one piece has broken off prob in the past as before i stripped the bike it was in full working order.My question is the black piece that the water pump shaft sits into to make the water pump...

Hi guys new to this site and just getting back in to biking after a 5 year gap.I got myself a zxr 750 from a mate of mine which im going to strip and rebuild as a winter project so im sure i`ll be asking abit of help time to time lol,
