As scorcher said you won't be able to sell a vehicle with tax either.
Tax is becoming personal not vehicle related, as long as the online system is instant you can tax a vehicle when buying it though. Fingers crossed will work ok

I'd go for a different but similar camera, look for comparison articles online, get something with a better battery life
