I have used tune ECU for years on Triumphs. Originally so I could reset the service light. It doesn't run on the latest android phones and tablets. I generally run it from my circa 5 year old smart phone which works well.

So long as the wheel is balanced, which it is I cannot see it would be a problem. To check beed allingnment you would really need to take the wheels off.
