Hi all, I had a quick question as i was unable to find an answer. If I bought a private number plate that's 3 digits, would it be 2 on top 1 on bottom or would all 3 o top be legal? Gov website states a minimum of two lines is required so was confused on this matter. And if its 5 digits, is it 4 on ...
