"performing wheelies and flooring a Honda Fireblade motorbike to its maximum speed of 170 mph..."
Flooring a bike? WTF?? Good to see a bike-related article written by someone without a fecking clue... T0sser!

Wheelies - they ARE big and they ARE clever
Anyone who positions a video camera such that it can see the speedo deserves all that is coming to them.
However - we all know how easy it is to re-gear a bike such that the speedo over-reads, or can create the same effect with a speedo healer. Likewise Video speed can be altered/edited to create an illusion as to the real speed being travelled, so I can't see how the video would stand up in court
Of all the things I have ever lost, I miss my mind the most .....
Handle stressful situations like a dog - If you can't eat it or play with it, pee on it and walk away

Also, unless the rider admits anything (unlikely) it's virtually impossible to prove who was riding the bike, you can't see the rider. All that can be seen from a video is a bike being ridden at X speed along Y road.

Saying that about not being able to identifiy a rider. They managed to prosercute a rider a couple years back who rode around with no number plate, gettin Gatzode on numerous occasions and identified him from the photos by his riding gear, helmet, bike and caught him whilst riding with same gear, helmet and bike.
Maybe he shouldn't have been going that quick.
Maybe he shouldn't have been stupid enough to post it on youtube.
But WTF are the police doing using there computer bods to look into that when there are pedo's and terrorists out there using the net.
At least they're looking into the car driver as well but he'll probably get off
