ali,mig,stick,stainless. should use the codes realy.

Just finishing a swing arm on a gixer 600, extended 100mm.
time and drawings would be good, as i can only do after work bits,as and when. (pj) private jobs.

I dont have no drawings made up.

The bikes a Honda NSR 125 bike and the seat unit is off its racing cousin Honda RS 125.

So it be a case of mix and match I would of thought.

It may be easier and cheaper to use the subframe specific for the seat unit and adapt the fixings to suit the frame of the NSR. Then weld new mounting lugs to the NSR frame to accomodate the RS subframe.

what jam said. plus if you trash it it would be easier to get another rs subframe than get another custom one made up

would i want the standard frame or the 40mm longer? it still needs to hold the battery, cdi, err...

no idea, how big are the battery, cdi and err? is it a race bike or a road bike? if its a race bike and you are junking the lights etc you should be able to run a much smaller battery so space may not be so much of an issue

It will be a road bike eventually. But its main use will be to advertise my new company
