new guy
I saw this web site on a bike at the Paignton meeting last wednesday and decided to check it out. I have been riding bikes for quite a time (I wont bore you with exact details) only to say my first bike was a Triumph tiger cub 199cc, followed by an ariel golden arrow then a 650 pre unit T120 bonny (wish I still had it!) A gap,,, marriage and kids... then a Honda 900 then a really great bike a honda vfr 750 until a stupid woman decided to turn in front of me. Two broken legs and a broken arm. They say you are not a real biker until you have hit the road, dont do it it really hurts.
My present machine is a Honda Pan European, but that is getting a bit heavy so this coming weekend I am getting a Yahama 1100xvs dragstar classic which is fully loaded and I cant wait. Any other cruiser owners out there, I live in exmouth.

Re: new guy
Welcome! My old man followed a similar pattern with the Tiger Cub, followed by Arial Leader then a Bonnie 650.
I wish I had grown up with the 'cult' bikes.
