i dont think he was too keen to sell it the end, was a shame would have made a really nice project.

It's still my dream to build a fighter, at the moment the plan would be to buy a binned 636 but its all fantasy at the moment. Bought a new bike a few weeks ago so funds are at all time low. Most realisitc time would be when i finish uni next year, will have a time and money. Though a friend of mine has a cosmetic write off Vfr 750 that is tempting me, mostly just because of the single sided swing arm frame might be a bit buggered too, but then i could drop the engine into a nice chunky old 90's blade frame.....see this is what happens everytime, i get carried away

and now to completly hijack the thread max you up for some sort of UWE ride out sometime in september? Theres 3 or 4 of us on here already and im sure we could find a few more. Maybe do a run down to cheddar gorge or something like that?

p.s oh the thing that swung it for me with the srad was that all the electrics had been gutted, but as a track bike im sure it would be mint.

ok here we go:

it's currently in track trim, to put it back on the road it will need:

left side middle fairing
front headlight fairing
rear seat fairing
Headlights
Mirrors
Rear subframe, current one is for track, unless you are not planning on taking a pillion
Pillion seat/seat cowl

I have a spare tank in the loft for it which will come with it as will the track fairing also a box of R6 bits
The tacho reads 40.000 + miles however it had a recent new engine with 12.000 on it and starts first time every time
Metzeler rennsports have seen two track days but still have plenty of life
It has an Ohlins rear shock
Wavey rear disc
Goodridge braided hoses
All spare fairing and track fairing will come with it

ummm I cant really think of anything else at the moment. I plan on being home bank holiday weekend if anyone wants to view it. If there is no one giving me a sensible offer on here I'll stick it on ebay.
