Re: tyres
Still using corsa 111's but got to say they didn't inspire me today but then there was so much cr@p on the roads it wouldn't have mattered what i was running

Now riding a Tuono V4 1100 😀
Re: tyres
i've got a bt016 on the front and a bt020 on the rear did a 170 miles wednesday night peeing down all the way, using the force to guide me as i couldn't see anything, the tyres gripped well enough

Re: tyres
had racetecs on my r6 last winter and went out in stupid conditions and never had a problem at all, will call in leachies on friday and see if he has any left, defiently not using bt021s,theres bt014s on there at the moment and once the bike has returned from the forks being done it will be sitting in the garage until those peices of poo are removed
absolutely hate them, never liked the older bridgstones but there slicks are a different story

Re: tyres
I'm going to be swapping to my BT021's soon. Can't fault them in the wet, but I'm also finding that the BT016 is bluddy good.
Worst tyre I had was last year with metzeler rennsports (left over from llandow). bloody dangerous when cold, would spin and fish tail everywhere. Was so glad when I changed to the BT020.

I thought Supercorsa's/ractecs (as im right in thinking they are the same tyre with just a different manufacturer stamp arent they?) where horrendous in the wet. Did a few laps around castle combe in the wet and they moved around quite a bit even wheelspinning on straights - it was impossible to get any heat into them .....was quite surprised I didnt crash.... could just be my rubbish wet weather riding mind.
I reckon Coras's 3's or bridgestone BT014/015/016 are much better winter road tyres. (I dont mind BT014's)
deej, if you really do want a set of supercorsas for just kicking around in winter on I have a couple sets going...(120/70 190/55)

you can have a set for £30 if you want...
