I think the free membership might have even been given to the first 30.

However this was done back in early 2004 whilst I was launching the members area. Yes 3 of those accounts were mine. As 1 for admin (+1 back up) and 1 test user for me to test out users permissions.

Many of the first 30 have not been back for ages now so have been removed, hence why some people may look higher on the list then they actually were at the time.

If you were one of the first 30 then we would know about. I will leave this topic open for more bitching if you wish but our decision is final.

I will be writing a post on memberships shortly so watch this space
