Hello all. Yep it was me.

Firstly i would like to say thankyou to all those that have text and called and also that helpful PM i got.

Not been on for a long while and sort of been stuck in my own little shell worrying about this and that and Xmas being a major doo with the kids, time just seems to run away.

2009 started with a Hit and Run on our car in a carpark breaking the radiator, Then Combi Boiler packed up, then fridge freezer packed up and then to top it off i go and trash the bike the other day

But hearing from a close friend the other day about his 18 month old baby diagnosed with cancer and my my wifes work friends husband dies after being diangnosed with a brain tumor 3 months previous makes me realise life could be more drastic and alot worse, plus the texts and calls have also brought me back to life.

Without boring you all too much. On way to work in the week 630am slight bend and OH NO WHATS THAT !! 3 inches of ice and slush spread right across the road. Bike goes straight down on its right hand side and i let go like you do.

But as i am sliding i can see it travelling towards a women walking along the pavement. Women must be listening to a ipod or something as she can't hear it. It mounts the pavement hits the wall and flys back onto the road missing her by inches

7 ish people run to my rescue (yes thats what i thought, bit early for so many people) picking me up and bike.

Damage.

R/H handle bar snapped
R/H mirror snapped
Screen broken
R/H R/G mushroom completely ground down (just hope this didn't bend frame when it hit the kerp on its side)
R/H fairing wrecked and lower section
R/H indicator snapped off
R/H peg and brake lever bent
R/H paddock stand bobbin damaged and slight scratch on swingarm
Seat surround scratched and front nose cone around H/LIghts scatched

And bike covered in complete sh*t from all the grit they have laid down, bleedin thing acted like a snow plough collecting it all.

Me a sore shoulder and hip but pride damaged more then anything getting picked up by a lady off the road

Will keep all those who have helped with the legal sarga posted, as they have been very helpful indeed.

Thanks again all and sorry about the essay. Bike on Monday is going to look like a streetfighter special as a tempory measure as i need it

Cheers boys but please no more sorry's folks. :?

I know your such a caring lot, but i wasn't looking for symphaphy, just laying out that there is a bigger picture out there and when you think your really down and giving up just take a look around you

Heard loads of gossip on the phone today about things i have missed on the site, so going to look onwards and upwards and try and make more of an effort to pollute you all with my pressence.

Also heard we had a visiter to the site in the name of Jewell. Missed that one

Anyhow got plenty of advice on legal action and thats all i can say about that for now, will go away and let the world take its course and hopefully in my favour of getting my baby back on the road in one piece

Take care all
