im almost certain its the same incident. my first thoughts were what squad car kept up with a bike at those speeds too. they were certainly giving it some that day from what ive heard about the footage,my mate has d&c police has 1 of his customers and he saw the crashed bike of the deceased and said it was barely recognisable,the a30 was closed almost all day after the crash.

as you say dangerous and stupid but not worth a police sentence,the justice in this country is on its arse so he'll probably end up with 12months minimum yet if i stabbed you in the pub on friday night i'd probably just get a caution :twisted: :twisted: :twisted:

And that there is what is wrong with our country. Sadly I have absolutley no doubt that you would get off if you did stab me. Either that or they'd say you were touched up as a kiddy and are subsequently misunderstood as an adult, and therefore not accountable for your actions :(
