Was out for a nice Sunday ride when this happened....

Where abouts was that? When I was in hospital there was a guy who had his tibia pinned as he had hit dirt on the teigngrace roads...

Teigngrace indeed. About a mile before the golf club. There is always gravel on this road as the surface is breaking up, but I watch out for that. I thought I had hit deisel, but when I pulled in, the left hand side of the tyre was coated in what looked like cement dust.
Good practice for those Mick Doohan power slides!!!

Damn right it did!!!!

So how was the footage from inside the helmet then?
I had the cam velcro'ed to the outside. It was offputting as it acted like a windbrake and felt like it was twisting my head. It was steadier than when I had it on the forks but did still rattle. I am going to try it cable tied directly onto the forks and then inside the lid.
