PLYMOUTH HOE

Starting in April through to October on the first Thursday of every month, in support for Help the Heroes.

Good idea and I reckon it's about time CJ got some patio heaters, they must be able to afford some by now :wink:

It's the 1st Thursday of every month from April to October.
According to the flyer I was given down at Jaspers on Sunday the dates are:-

1st April
6th May
3rd June
1st July
5th August
2nd September
7th October

So long as it's not slinging it down I'll be going.....besides it's a decent ride down to Plymouth :)

New for 2010 and for the City of Plymouth is a monthly charity bike night on the Hoe Promenade which will be held on the first Thursday evening of the month at 6pm during the lighter evenings from April through to October from 6pm. For the opening night of first Plymouth Bike Night on Thursday 1st April '10 at 6pm Plymouth Lord Mayor Ken Foster and Lady Mayoress Mrs. Wendy Foster will officially open the event.
Also in attendance on the opening night will be Jenna Horgan the current reigning Miss Plymouth and Miss England semi-finalist who also comes from a biking family.

been to the first and second bike night and both have been wet but rain does stop at about 6pm.
1st one had 320 bike and raised about £636
2nd night had about 273 bikes not sure how much was raised

Completed the London Marathon in 3hrs 33m 18 secs :D
