Anybody bought fairing kits from these guys?

I fancy a new set for my ZX6 this summer, and for an extra tenner, they'll put the full Fiat Rossi paint/stickers on (minus any Yamaha stickers of course!). £440 for the whole works seems reasonable...

One obvious question ...... you have a Kawasaki - why would you want to put on a Yamaha paint scheme thats already out of date? it'd be like putting a Sheene/Heron Suzuki paint scheme on a new fireblade

I like the Rossi/Fiat livery. Am a huge Rossi fan, and adding his colours to my bike will make it go 30% faster. Simples

MotoCC is the same as the fairing kits on eBay (from China). Same factory etc. Benefit is you send it back to a UK address if you want to return it, downside is they're much more expensive due to being a UK business and possibly due to VAT.

I had a Chinese fairing kit and thought it was very good for the £290 delivered. Paint was very new so quite soft to start with. New bolts for the fairings are recommended as some of the fitments are slightly different. People worry about returns/warranty etc but I had a problem with a poor fitting item and they sent a replacement out right away, they're very scared about bad feedback.

Thanks Dynamight. Where did you order yours from? I can't use Ebay - account deactivated after a payment dispute (the theiving w*****s tried to charge me 3 times the listing fee and then cancelled my account when I wouldn't pay it!). Do they have a website?

It was from eBay, I cant remember the seller now. They're all pretty much the same, I am fairly confident they all buy from the same factory. Chinese sellers are cheaper because they can operate with less profit plus they pay less tax. You can try searching eBay, check the feedback etc and see if any of them have separate websites, a fair few do.

A few things you may want to take into consideration, apparently the fairings can suffer in high temps from exhausts. I expect not all bikes would be affected and naturally certain countries are hotter than others! but try to buy fairings with heat shielding installed. Saves any hassle, mine had it fitted and didnt have any issues at all, even on the hottest day of the year filtering slowly through town.
