sometimes i hate my life, i just found this in my rear tyre:

and my front is getting down to the legal limit

i like my bridgestone BT-016 and would get a full set again but does anyone know the price or if it would be worth going for a cheaper set of bridgestones :/

thanks for any help :)

look nasty mate but might be worth plugging for the time being if they can and then replace the pair always feels nice with a full set of fresh rubber!

As Rich said, you should be able to get that plugged, its in the mid third of the tyre. i had a tyre plugged on the outside third before (they shouldn't have done really but i knew the guy well ;) ) and it lasted as long as i had the bike for, nearly a year after.

As for other Bridgestones, i think they're all pretty much in the same price range.

Where did you get it plugged?
I asked pro tyre on marsh barto to plug a rear tyre and he told me they dont plug bike tyres with a certain rating.(ie something bigger than a scooter tyre)!

think it depends on who you ask where?

Some places will tell you whatever they think will make you buy a brand new tyre from them
