End of May ride, anyone?

Post by gypsy1 »

Ok, I've just read through all 11 pages of the 'Friendly Ride', sounds like a fun day was had by all. Would love to join you folks on one of these rides. Sounds like a massive group of good people.
I will be in Exeter on 26th/27th May. I need to get some practice on my new ER6 to get the hang of it, before having to switch to the right hand side of the road for the next 3 months.

Would anyone be interested in joining me and showing me their favorite roads in the area?

PS: Not expecting the size of the Friendly Ride of course :80: .....But two or four would be awesome 8)

Gyps.

Its a fairly flowing kinda road on the whole and a stop for a brew in Westbay is a must :)):

Hi folks.

In Madrid atm, at Exeter this thursday. Pick up bike from SP Motorcycles on Friday/Saturday (all going well) and free to ride Sunday if weather looks good, fingers crossed.
It's a new bike for me, so I'll be trying to get used to it before I hit the chunnel into France the following week. So, looking forward to a not-too-technical ride, (possibly a 4 hour loop somewhere).

Anyone have any ideas with a bit of a map?

If anyone would like to join me and show me the countryside, would be very much appreciated. Itching to ride since I left my other bike at home back in April.

Cheers :D
