Well after my little incident back in August I have finally got back on the bike and took the R1 out for little trundle his morning, so thank you to Gav for making me go out as I'm so glad that I have done it and can't wait to go out again

Didn't get banned, I crashed at llandow at broke my collar bone and have been contemplating about getting back on
