Ok, it's not bike related but worth an ask. My air con in the car is playing up, after thinking I had a leaky heater matrix, I have reconsidered this.
The symptoms are basically crap de-misting and randomly mists up along journeys, even decent journeys when up to temp and cruising along the dual carriageway or motorways. The a/c works very effectively to cool the air.
Could this be a simple gas top us required or is there a separate condenser or a clogged filter reducing air flow through the system of sorts which could be causing these issues? Any thoughts or ideas or offers of help greatlfully received... It's a 08, 1.9pd Octavia 105bhp or PS which ever it's measured in.

hi nick you could try refilling with gas but check that all of the leaks are sorted ok

Don't think you should need air con on once you're up, running and car is warm, to keep your windows clear.
Make sure windscreen is nice and clean.
Make sure your pollen filter is clean and not all dirty and / or soggy.
Make sure all your external airways aren't clogged up with dead leaves, moss, dead mice/cats/cats etc.
Damp carpets? Doors needed modding on the fabia because the foam membranes use to let water into the footwells.
Check the heater flap isn't broke. Apparently they can get stuck on "recirculating" instead of letting in fresh air from outside.
Stop breathing so heavy!
buy a dehumidifier!

Yes, there will be a condenser unit, and yes there will be a filter in the air con side of things. Either could cause similar symptoms.

Thanks guys, yeah, someone suggested pollen filter being clogged earlier today. For few quid, has to be worth a try. looking at all the inlets and filters throughout the system, well the ones which can be accessed, would think most of them, with out dismantling too much to deep.

All fixed, went in behind the glove box to replace the recirculation flap motor and found the mech was seized. Bit of gentle moving and some lubing, all sorted. Keeping the flap motor though, as it seems once this happens, the motor has been struggling for some time and will eventually pack up.
But top and bottom line is, it's fixed...woop woop!!!!
