Better late than never...............

Post by scooby601 »

So I promised billinom8s a toe guard quite some time ago, as always happens 1 thing after another delayed me!

Today I find the infusion has set, despite the cold (before we moved I used the airing cupboard to help cure the lay ups, with the boiler in the kitchen the wife won't like that so much now!), de-mould and apart from a couple of small air bubbles am happy with them.

Once trimmed/polished and fitted will look something like this.

Looks like you cleaned his chain as well while you were there...
Have you noticed that anyone going slower than you is an idiot, and anyone going faster is a maniac ?

Cleaning is nowt to do with me! If its not used would it get dirty???? ;)

Few other bits have been finished recently too, all gelcoat straight from the moulds. Takes a couple of times to get the masking right but well worth it.

2 of the 3 seat units for this years bikes have been finished and sent so they can be fitted for testing.

Also made a new fairing for myself.
