You are of course welcome along to any Southwestbikers rideout, however your bike must be in good mechanical order (we don’t want anything falling off of it including you), taxed and have a current MOT. You must have a valid motorcycle licence and current motor insurance. You are in charge of your motorcycle at all times and SWB will not accept any responsibility for actions you take or any accidents you may have. Always ride within your own capabilities and do not put others at risk. Remember, while you are on a Southwestbikers rideout you are representing the site and what it stands for.
Thank-you.

If there are 5 or 6 of you coming down together it would be worth starting another thread for you own little ' ride to the friendly ride from ..........'

That way people in your area will be able to see it clearer and be more likely to tag along.

Hi I am new to the club. I am interested on going to this ride and I have a friend that wants to come. I am confused with the Google map thing . The red marker seems to be half way through the route? is it starting exeter finishing Cullompton?

Starting point is exeter.

As we seem to have a fair few new members coming along to this i'll redo the route to make it and other details as clear as possible.

Ok then, here you go.

just under 2 weeks to go

here are the plans for those who have never been out with us and for those that are just a bit dim and forgetful :)):

Starting point is here
https://www.google.co.uk/maps/search/ex ... !4b1?hl=en" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;"

they do a buffet breakfast and i think are open from 0730,

there is a large carpark, please park sensibly so they don't get arsey,

there is a tescos about 500 yrds down the road so you can get fuel,

PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU ARE FILLED UP AND READY FOR A 10AM DEPARTURE

You will be heading out towards Seaton and following the route from there, there will be a pit stop at a McDonalds just outside Dorchester for you to stretch legs, expell the brekfast coffees etc then we will head on round the route and stop at Westbay for our longer food/social break.

The route - it's been modified slightly but should be fun, if anyone lives near it or knows of some roadworks or closures can they let me know please?

https://goo.gl/maps/ZxJgv" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

The plan is to finish at Cullompton, there is a basic service station there. however we have recently been using a really nice pub in Sampford called the globe and was wondering how people would feel about maybe ending there for a coffee or whatever.

For those who have not been out with us before here is a link to what the day SHOULD run like :-ss :ympray:

see you on the 22nd

Count me in for this - not been on a ride out before so will be another new face for you all!

Bought an R6 at the end of last summer so not had much of a chance to use it yet so will be good to get out on it!

Looking forward to it, and breakfast sounds good! :@)

p.s. i'll be coming from taunton so if any other tauntonians want to meet before the sprint down the M5 let me know!

hi,

I am going to try and make this one too, will depend on the weather and if I can get cover at work though.

I may only manage part of the rouute and fall away at Weymouth and head back to Bristol.
