Greetings from Portishead

Post by Triumphman »

Hi there,
Well, thought I better get out and meet some other riders for once! Based in Portishead but range extends wherever – particularly like the run down to Minehead (where I used to live). Currently on a Triumph Sprint GT SE and loving it. Not a manic speed merchant as such but happy to open the throttle once in a while to keep things interesting! Reason for joining? To ride with like-minded souls who prefer two wheels over four and get experience of group riding.

Cheers Mark

Hello T Man - proper-job bike.

Several of SWBs up this way. Have just finalised a brilliant ride around the wilds of WIltshire. Will post it on here, and elsewhere, in the not-too-distant future. Come and join us.
Have you noticed that anyone going slower than you is an idiot, and anyone going faster is a maniac ?

Cheers, and thanks for the invite. I'll be taking you up on it. Style a bit cramped until 14th April when bike has first service and mineral oil change. Then its full steam ahead. Let me know your plans for the coming month (if you know them yourself  )
