As above, you may or may not need to alter clutch, throttle, brakes, choke cables/hoses, but you won't know until you get the bars in a position you like and try them. Generally a re-route can solve many problems. Lock stops,fairing/tank clearance once again are hard to judge until you try, but once again shouldn't be showstoppers.

One question - how do your bars mount at present? You may need a new top yoke if its to look attractive .......
