Just thought you may want to know, i heard back from DAAT this week and they sent me a copy of the info that was sent to Jean.

Thanks for posting Simon, and I'd like to echo yours and the DAAT's thanks for the donations and support given by the members of Southwest Bikers regarding this. Also a big thanks to you personally for taking on the task of preparing and subsequently arranging the sale of Roy's famous(!) Suzuki Bandit on behalf of his family. I can tell you that it's very much appreciated.

Was so great to see so many turn out for his funeral and even more people turn up for his memorial ride. It’s clear that the efforts put in my SWB and all the people who knew Roy have really made a differance. He really was one of a kind and will be very much missed, so glad that so much money was raised and that we as a community could be there for the family when it mattered.
