They're pretty much run through Phil Bevan. We did enquire about 10 years ago and they wanted 15k for the day.

1, and normal trackdays aren't ?
2, pay a bit more ride a proper track not a go kart track
3,no pressure on normal days, if there's enough people booked on your going to be in a group with mostly swb members and the odd few strangers
4, yep

Ask the guys who did Anglesey this year, they had a blast

Copied off a quick google search:

To become a motorcycle track day instructor, you'll need to meet the following qualifications:
.........
Does this google search specifically state Track Day Instructor? As stated by others the only instructors that I've seen on trackdays have been high level (ie. National Licence holding) racers. I'm pretty certain that these guys (sadly never saw a female instructor) weren't qualified to teach people how to pass their CBT and Mod tests.
Sadly it would appear that Llandow circuit's relatively new owners have had their wrists slapped over protocol regarding an injured participant on one of their events and decided that taking money from YouTube [Censored] in their cars is less hassle so that will be their main activity going forward.
Unfortunately it's their toy box so they can say who plays in it.

I'm surprised car owners want to use Llandow it's barely long enough for bikes.
Things go in cycles so give it a few years and that crowd may have moved on, and then those new owners may be forced to become more accommodating.
