Depending on where friend lives you've also DMC moto in Birmingham they are the same company as London MV ,the boss Claudio is a real nice guy and knows he's stuff

Devon based, depending on what's wanted, and on which MV, you could try SP, as ex MV dealers.
Dorset, the guy who ran the workshops at Moto Corsa set up in business himself, buy I can't find details ......

If distance is no object, the general go-to seems to be Bennets in Barnsley.

Dave the guy from Moto Corsa set up on his own and was bought out by Holeshot racing and managed thier workshop in Yeovil, they in turn were bought out by completely motorbikes just as Holeshot went bust and completely only lasted just over a year before they went bust 🙄🙄
Spoke to Dave a couple of weeks ago he's now working for Talon in Yeovil.

Another shout out for SP in Exeter.
Get my MV's serviced there.
As Moose says, ex MV dealership.
