You are of course welcome along to any Southwestbikers rideout, however your bike must be in good mechanical order (we don’t want anything falling off of it including you), taxed and have a current MOT. You must have a valid motorcycle licence and current motor insurance. You are in charge of your motorcycle at all times and SWB will not accept any responsibility for actions you take or any accidents you may have. Always ride within your own capabilities and do not put others at risk. Remember, while you are on a Southwestbikers rideout you are representing the site and what it stands for.
Thank-you.
Don't forget......ANYONE can organise and run a rideout.

Brekky on the Blackdowns - Sunday 12th July. UPDATE
Anyone want to join Brian and me for another tour of the Blackdown Hills this Sunday?
This will include a breakfast/brunch stop at a location not previously polluted by SWB - I think.
It's not an ultra long rideout because the Blackdowns aren't ultra big; also, it's set to be another hot day and, for me, a door-to door biking day approaching 100 miles will suffice.
Here's the itinerary:
09.15 hrs: Meet at the Shell filling station on the A38 - off of junction 27 of the M5 - EX16 7HD.
09.30 hrs: Leave for the Blackdowns.
PACE: Definitely no trackday antics on this one folks.
NOTES: Please be fuelled up and have your passports handy. Leg-stretch/comfort break along the way and yep, full brekkies are available for those of us riding the high cholesterol bus.
ROUTE: https://www.google.co.uk/maps/dir/bp,+M ... FQAw%3D%3D
ROUTE UPDATE: I've extended it slightly, now just over 56 miles.

It's funny you always say no trackday attacks on every ride. I've seen you on track days and your road pace implies that track is too slow and there aren't nearly enough overtakes to be had.

Interesting route at Sampford Arundel and Talaton
We've stopped at Dunkeswell airfield many a time so any other brekky stop will definitely be a new one to me

"Do you mean the BP station Phil???"
Google shows it as BP but it is actually a Shell station. Unofficially referred to as Jcn27 services. Fuel there is VERRRY expensive. I normally pop on to Tescos at Cullompton for my E5

Precisely why we're having a reasonable start time, reasonable mileage, and keeping to the Blackdown's leafy lanes and B roads (mostly), Blackdown Hills temp' forecast as below 30 deg' until well after midday and we'll be back at the Bluebell cafe then.

With luck you're (the forecast) is right but I'm playing safe. As a former ginger of viking origin I don't cope with these heat waves well
