Middlemoor R/bt by Police HQ - from Heavitree go across r/bt heading for Exeter Services (M5 jnct 30) turn in right opposite entrance to Police HQ between some security fencing that was put up around old garage.

Coming from Dawlish...Pass Exminster.
Cross the swing bridge as you enter Exeter.
Continue along by-pass to countess wear roundabout...
Straight over and along next stretch of by-pass...
through 3 sets of lights...
you will see Exeter Arms on opposite carriageway, simply turn back on yourself at next roundabout.

Sorry could'nt make it - It was a choice between a pint & ride home or a Champagne reception in Exeter & train home to local pub - Lighter Inn at Topsham.
