Oppps sad job ED

So you were doing 30mph in town god that makes a change and was this on one wheel or two

You should be able to claim from the said fund which was set up for this reason, or you could take him to court.

If this guy was so peed up the serves him right it is a shame he got hurt tho, we all need to be resonsible for our actions this also means how much we drink.

I was knocked off my 600 several years ago by a lad with no insurance who was messing about in the car park on a 50cc bike, he came out from behind a wall and I could not miss him.

I got up and started walking towards him and thought when he gets up I will put him on the floor again but he was knocked out so i couldn't.

I am not a person who gets into puch ups but I was so mad and full of adrenalin i was wound right up and was for several hours afterwards. So I can understand Jewells post.

so calm down Boyscout.

the same sort of thing happened to me on my bike. i was in a housing estate area doing around 15mph when an EX friend ran across the road, hit me in the side and knocked me clean off. i had no chance of stopping. he said he thought i was slowing to let him cross. then his (censored) mother tries taking me 2 court for running him over!!!! i was fuming!!

so i can understand how your feeling Ed.

i think boyscout is being a right ass to be honest  !

any chance we could knock the personal abuse on the head-
starting to get a bit nasty and not in the "nature" of the site.

i love motorbikes always have and always will
i can spend hours looking at them .......

lets not lose track about what this site is about...

i can take the p**s and wind up with the best of them but lets not get too personal..

Mate this bloke was a benifit claimin, drunken, looser!
The accident happend outside of the home we have here in taunton were jailbirds and druggies get put so they can " get rehibilitated". The out side of the home is always frequented by a gang of pissed up thugs, so im surprised that an incident hasnt happend here sooner. It was his own friggin fault! If it happend to me and he was laughin i would of seen red and probaly caused him a bit more pain, so i can see where ed is comin from :!:

I knocked a paper boy over ages ago.

he stood out between a line of traffic as I was following up the outside of it (going towards the lights at the end of laira bridge for the plymouth lots info). I was only doing about 15-20mph but barely had time to grab the brake. I managed to stay on the bike just but clipped him hard which bent my front cowl/headlamp mount on my RD350 and broke his arm.

I was absolutely racked with guilt even though im sure there is nothing I could have done (which the guy in the car he stepped out from between thankfully verified).

Sometime after the event the police came around my house and asked me how badly damaged my bike was and if I wanted to sue the kid to recoup the damage to my bike! I have to say I was just glad the kid wasnt seriously damaged.

but that said if it had been some pissed up bloke my sympathy would have been less forthcoming. ...and If theyd have laughed Id of been tempted to go over and give them a kick.
